It covered how to link the subject curriculum to careers learning, through small changes and embedded employer engagement. The course included expert insight, classroom footage, discussion and practical tasks. At the end of the course, learners mapped the changes to their teaching to help students realise their Careers Learning Journey. The course supports the Gatsby Good Careers Guidance Benchmark 4.
