- Demonstrate language contact in multilingual societies and how language policies influence multilingual contexts in ASEAN
- Evaluate the differences in national cultures and cross-cultural communication using known models and apply the same in the ASEAN setting
- Assess the Western variants multiculturalism with trends in ASEAN.
