This course looked at the Circular Economy principles, concepts and measurements in the context of SDGs. Through identifying and assessing the challenges of designing Circular Food Systems, the course explored the opportunities that are available. This was further developed by assessing Circular Business Models and their role in creating product-service combinations to achieve Food Circularity, whilst skills were developed to be able to disseminate awareness and educate third parties.
