Mary Templeman Hogg - O'Rourke

has completed the following course:

Buddhism: Diamond Sutra and Zen Meditation

HKU School of Professional and Continuing Education

This online course aimed to inquire into an important subject: How can we resolve afflictions? The course interpreted how we can ‘shatter the adamantine ego’, by listening, reflecting on, cultivating and authenticating. It also explained why The Diamond Sutra says “prajñā-pāramitā”, which is the attainment of great wisdom, is as hard and as sharp as vájra, and is capable of cutting through our adamantine egos.
