This week we’re going to consider how training and exercising are related and how they complement each other, and how exercising can be used to demonstrate the practical skills of individuals as well as looking for limitations in the processes and procedures of emergency organizations. We’re going to take a look at what is exercising, why we exercise and what are the benefits and limitations of different types of exercises.
