Several weeks later Peace and Mrs Jones are back at Dr. Talbots office: "Your chest X-ray and sputum results show that you have TB. It's completely treatable.", he says. Dr. Talbot: "I'll refer you to a chest specialist....and we'll start treatment straight away. That's good news, isn't it? You'll be feeling better in no time." Peace is not feeling well and says: !I ... cannot sleep ...I have pain everywhere ...I ha ..." Dr Talbot replies: "I'm sorry, we'll have to discuss these other things at your next appointment. Come back in three weeks and we'll see how you're getting on."

From the way she is reacting both verbally and non-verbally, Mrs. Abilowale is expressing that she has a number of concerns and health problems that she would like to discuss with the doctor. Dr Talbot asks her to come back in three weeks.
