Goodbye and See You Soon!

Congratulations! You are on the last step of the course “An Introduction to Food Science”.

You have just completed four weeks of material. It is time to get a cup of coffee (or tea), sit back, and reflect on what you have learnt.

We hope you’ve enjoyed learning about the food constituients; diet and health; food quality, safety and authenticity; and the role of consumer.

In these four weeks we have touched on numerous different topics. We hope it allowed you to reflect on your role in the food system and help you make safe, healthy and sustainable food choices.

How did the course go?

We would love to hear your thoughts on how the course went. Please share them with us in the comments section below.

  • What did you like the most? What about the things you did not like?
  • Was there anything you were hoping to get out of the course that was not covered, or we should have covered in a different way?
  • What we could improve in the next edition of this course?
