- 分母： 药师在查房期间发现的正在使用抗生素的患者人数
- 分子：实施特定“轻松上手”型干预的患者人数。
- 每周在每个医院收集一次数据
- 每月向 AMS 项目经理提交一次。
采用 WHO ATC 指数及限定日剂量 (DDD)/100 床日，衡量 AMS 计划对总体抗生素消耗的影响。您可能希望温习第 3 周中的“推出 DDD 作为指标”。
