A quick win from India

In this video Dr Sujith Chandy introduces you to his quick win from India which will outline the use of medicines in low and middle income countries (LMIC), such as India, to better understand some of the overall challenges of AS in these settings.

During this quick win you will revise some of the methods used to measure antibiotic use and patterns of use and begin to understand some methods of preparation and dissemination for antibiotic policy guidelines – in particular, the access to online antibiotic policy guidelines as a quick win component in AS:

• To reinforce learning on certain methodological issues used for assessing antibiotic use
• To understand and stimulate further thinking about how best guidelines could be prepared in your own context
• To encourage innovation and customisation in one’s own context about alternative methods of dissemination of guidelines
