Understanding Depression and Low Mood in Young People is a 5 week course which will help you to recognise these mental health difficulties in young people, and will discuss a series of relevant and evidence-based practical techniques, and offer theoretical perspectives on low mood and depression. This course has been developed for parents/supporters of young people with depression and low mood, or teachers/school staff and healthcare professionals who play a role in detecting mental health difficulties.
