  • COVID-19: Helping Young People Manage Low Mood and Depression is a new 2 week course which offers useful, practical advice to help young people manage their low mood and depression during the COVID-19 pandemic and beyond. This course has been developed for young people who want to learn more about depression and low mood and also for parents, carers, professionals or anyone who is supporting young people. Starts 4 May 2020.

  • Understanding Depression and Low Mood in Young People is a 5 week course which will help you to recognise these mental health difficulties in young people, and will discuss a series of relevant and evidence-based practical techniques, and offer theoretical perspectives on low mood and depression. This course has been developed for parents/supporters of young people with depression and low mood, or teachers/school staff and healthcare professionals who play a role in detecting mental health difficulties. Starts 1 June 2020.
