Explore the tools and their applicability for evaluating building performance
In this course you will understand the policies and strategies driving sustainability of the build environment. We will analyse the key drivers for building performance and efficiency and evaluate the use of asset information models for long-term performance management.
From discussions and videos, you will establish the connections in the implementation of BIM over different disciplines and learn the value of BIM for your discipline. You will also follow a step-by-step workbook to set up the energy analytic model.
