Skip to 0 minutes and 5 secondsHi. And welcome to week three. We hope by now you feel comfortable using ACT, because now we'll put your skills to the test. In the first part of the week, you'll be using the two Mycobacterial genomes they used in the previous course to look for pseudogenomes. And in the second half of the week, we'll really be putting you to the test, using two plasmids from Shigella. And we'll have Dr. Kate Baker with us to discuss more about that. Please utilise the comments area below and share your findings with other learners, and also tell us how you get on. Good luck.
