Understand how to manage a construction project lifecycle
In this short course, you will explore the construction project lifecycle and how communication and collaboration help improve project performance. You will later look at the Royal Institute of British Architects and working processes around the world. You will critically discuss the various components of energy and carbon over a project lifecycle, looking at information exchanges, and will develop a strategy for managing this information.
