Andy Brass, Professor of Bioinformatics

Andy moved to the University of Manchester in 1990 to become a founding member of the bioinformatics group, where he has a wide range of projects in protein function prediction, gene expression analysis, intelligent integration, automated curation, and bioinformatics education.

Ang Davies, Lecturer in Healthcare Sciences

Ang is Programme Director for Masters Programmes in Clinical Bioinformatics and also Genomic Medicine and is also Academic Lead for Continuing Professional Development (CPD) for the Faculty of Medical and Human Sciences. Previously, she has managed the Education and Training Team at Nowgen, a partnership between Central Manchester University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust and The University of Manchester.

Becki Bennett, Professor of Bioethics

Becki has been teaching bioethics at the University of Manchester for 25 years. She runs a distance learning MA/LLM in Healthcare Ethics and Law and provide online CPD courses in this area..
