Before we start our learning journey, let’s consider a fundamental question: have you experienced the impact of cultural differences in your daily life? How did you deal with them?

Cross-cultural management is a field based on theories and research from cross-cultural psychology, international business, organisational behaviour, and human resources.

This course aims to give you a grounding in cultural diversity and how to manage it in the workplace.

  • Gain a global perspective on the impacts of culturally diverse workforces on organisations

  • Have the opportunity to develop in-depth knowledge of different management cultures and the necessity of operating effectively in an intercultural or multicultural environment

  • Be given the opportunity to develop the skills needed to work confidently in a culturally diverse environment.
