Skip to 0 minutes and 1 secondHello, I'm Tom, as you may know. And I'm here today with Martine and with Gad. We're kind of like the Three Musketeers. Yes, exactly, with only one hat. Thanks very much for participating in Inside IELTS. As you know, this is the final week. We wanted to finish this week by just sharing one final tip for you which will hopefully help you in your future learning. So Martine, would you like to go first? Thank you very much. My tip for you is to really keep practicing your English. And find lots of opportunities to practise your English.

Skip to 0 minutes and 39 secondsIf you can find yourself somebody else who speaks English, it doesn't matter if they are a native speaker or not, but just speak as much as you can. Or, there are things like internet forums. Perhaps you may want to try taking another FutureLearn course in another subject. Because there, you'll have to read English. You'll have to understand English. And if you participate in the forums, you'll have to be able to produce the English as well. Cool, thank you. Would you like to go next? Why not, thank you. I'd like to say, please always keep in your mind your long term goals. It's been fantastic to read some of your stories. Some of you are on really amazing journeys.

Skip to 1 minute and 20 secondsMany of you want to be things like doctors, or nurses, or teachers. Some of you already are teachers. So if you want to study the subject that you love at University, and some of you just want to travel to a different country, you've all got different reasons for learning English, reasons for taking IELTS. So I would advise you to just keep those long term goals in mind. And hopefully, IELTS will be a step on the way to that long term goal. And I hope that on this course, we've helped you find ways that you can prepare for IELTS in ways that also help you towards that goal. Over to you, Gad. The had is being passed.

Skip to 2 minutes and 6 secondsWell, I'd like to say thank you for being interested in IELTS. But we hope you'd be even more interested in learning English. And that is, if you want to do better on IELTS, you just want to focus on improving your English. And that is how you will do better on IELTS. So I would say, if you want to become better, if you want to grow, focus on learning English. The research actually shows that prepping for a test only goes so far. It's actually prepping the language that will get you farther in life. So, that would be my advice. Cool. Thanks very much. So, it just remains for us to say, thank you very much for joining the course.

Skip to 2 minutes and 49 secondsIt's been a brilliant course. We've enjoyed it so much. How many people have joined? Almost 60,000 people have joined the course. That's a lot of people. Yep. In fact, it's a Premier League football stadium worth of people. And it's full of premier people, like yourselves. Exactly. So thanks again and best of luck with your future studies.

Skip to 3 minutes and 12 secondsCome on, Tom, wave!
