In the downloadable file at the bottom of this step, a lung cancer patient explains the impact of anti-PD-1 therapy on her disease.

This is an excerpt from a statement given by a patient who underwent checkpoint blocakde (anti-PD-1) therapy at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital Birmingham, under the care of Prof Gary Middleton. Since this statement was given, a subsequent scan has confirmed that the patient is still in complete remission.
