Skip to 0 minutes and 6 secondsMARCUS O'DONNELL: Congratulations. You've completed the first week of this course on self-management for career and life success. And that's something to note. One of the ways we can motivate ourselves to complete projects and build on them is to celebrate small achievements along the way. This week, we looked at employee and employer stories and why self-management is important in your career. Next week, we'll look at a framework for more than just managing ourselves. How do we become self leaders? How do we become our own coach, driving ourselves forward and keeping ourselves motivated amidst life's challenges? We'll look at behaviours we can build into our routines that help us to become better self leaders.
Skip to 0 minutes and 55 secondsWe'll look at ways we can motivate and reward ourselves. We'll look at why we need others in our self-management journey. And we'll look at how we can integrate self-care into our life. I hope you'll build on what you've learned this week by taking the next step and join me in the next stage of this journey.
