Charles is a Lecturer in Management (Open University). He has extensive experience in teaching on topics related to Organisation Studies. He completed his PHD at the University of Leicester.
Konstantinos is a lecturer of Online Education Leadership and Management at the OU. He is intrigued by online education challenges and has developed expertise of online pedagogies and technologies.
