Aims for week 5
The week ahead
In this course so far, you have learned about what you are compelled to do by your own moral compass. Looked at what must be done to meet the legal, compliance and codes of conduct / ethics in construction. This week we will be asking the question, ‘what do you want to do’?
You will cover:
- Blocks to behaving ethically and how they can be overcome
- What can be done in an organisation to improve ethical practice
- What more you can do to improve your own ethical practice
By the end of the week you should have a clear picture of what, if anything you would do differently either by introducing procedures to your own company or by changing your own behaviour and standards if deemed appropriate.
