Skip to 0 minutes and 1 second Good afternoon, Emma. My name’s Rhea. I’m from the physiotherapy team. How are you today? OK. The nursing staff has just asked me to come and see you, because they’re thinking about getting you home soon. OK. I’ll just ask you a few questions, and then we’ll just do a little bit of walking and see how everything goes. Yeah. Have you had any breathlessness today? No. No. Are you managing to cough and clear your chest? Yeah I’m coughing, but it’s fine. OK, all right. Do you live with anybody at home? My family. Your family. Do you normally use anything to walk to get around? No. No. And do you have any stairs in your house? It’s a flat. It’s a flat, OK.

Skip to 0 minutes and 42 seconds So what we’re going to do is we’ll just stand up, and we’ll go for a little walk around, and then back to the chair again. Does that sound OK? Yeah, sounds fine. OK, we’ll just move this out of the way.

Skip to 0 minutes and 54 seconds OK. Just pushing up from the chair. All right. How are you feeling standing there? Yeah, I feel OK. Yeah, OK. It’s normal to feel a bit weird if you’ve been sitting down for a little while. Yeah. But we’ll just go for a walk around, and then back to the chair again.

Skip to 1 minute and 18 seconds Great.

Skip to 1 minute and 25 seconds OK.

Skip to 1 minute and 30 seconds And then we’ll back to the chair.

Skip to 1 minute and 40 seconds OK. All right, that was very good. How do you feel about that? Yeah, a bit wobbly, but OK. OK, I think the best thing that you can do now is just keep getting up and walking around regularly. And that will just help to keep your chest healthy. OK? Any questions for me before I go? No, that’s all. OK.
