In the study of creativity in general and our own creativity in particular, it is important to look at how other myths may be influencing our perspectives. What are you feeling on the following questions, and how they may affect your daily life? What kinds of jobs do you think are only for creative people? Which jobs do you consider to be non-creative? Do you feel motivated to work harder on creative projects if it will bring in more money? Is time pressure likely to stimulate your creative nature? Does competition push you to be more creative?

The Most Creative Video Exercise!
What are your criteria for recognizing something of creativity? Have you ever discussed your set of criteria with others? Could there be some common criteria that everyone agrees on?
Before we introduce the criteria of creativity, we want to listen to your own set of criteria first. In this exercise, we have chosen some videos in which some learners introduce themselves. Those videos might be in different forms, but the main idea is the same: they are trying to introduce themselves in a creative way.
By clicking into Padlet, you can check all the videos out. While watching those videos, you might have a preference for specific introduction videos and come up with your own criteria for creativity.
Don’t let the inspiration slip away! Make comments and share your thoughts with other learners in the comments on this step. Give us TWO to THREE reasons why you think a video is creative. Please be specific in your answer and try to avoid using general words like’ creative’, ‘cool’, ‘fantastic’, ‘amazing’, ‘good’, and so on.
