Skip to 0 minutes and 30 secondsYou may have identified differences in his diet and his personal care routines. You might also have had some thoughts about what sort of person Peter is, and this is very important because it will help us understand more about Peter. We've heard that he likes to be in charge, and we've heard about his interests. He likes playing the piano, gardening, going to the theater, reading, and walking. We've heard that Peter likes to be called by his full name and we've also heard enough to understand that Peter has lived a fairly ordered life. Having moved into the nursing home, you will have noticed that there have been considerable changes to his personal routines.

Skip to 1 minute and 8 secondsWe've also heard that there are certain behaviors that the care staff find challenging, in particular his eating, wandering, and resistance to being bathed.
