HME707.3 Developing solutions to operational challenges
In this course we’ll consolidate our understanding of business process improvement and business process reengineering while also exploring the role and value of patient and staff involvement across the improvement journey. Finally, we’ll be exploring how we measure and critically analysis hospital performance.
