This week, we ask you to state, explain, and discuss your own awareness and your ability to plan for diverse and multicultural interactions and situations. This week, we explore how you strategize before a culturally diverse encounter. We examine the degree you sense the perspectives of self and of others. Our learning includes checking our assumptions, we investigate the mental maps we create to enter into intercultural strategies for effective interactions when we are facing diversity.
