Skip to 0 minutes and 11 seconds Welcome to week five, our final week of the course. Our first learning outcome of this week is for you to discuss your ability to adapt when relating and working with diversity, or intercultural context, or persons. The second learning outcome is for you to identify strategies for your own development to improve your cultural intelligence. We begin this week learning about cultural intelligence behavior or action. CQ action is the extent to which you can act appropriately in multicultural situations. This includes your ability to be flexible in verbal and nonverbal behaviors when adapting to diversity. CQ behavior means you can modify the manner and content of your communications to adapt in different cultural norms.

Skip to 0 minutes and 58 seconds We will conclude this week by creating a CQ developmental plan. It may be helpful for you to understand your strengths and areas for improvement. Please be sure to join your fellow learners this week by commenting and contributing to discussions. I hope you enjoy week five, our final week together.
