There are many factors which may affect the success of strategic change.

This course will discuss the external and internal drivers that entrepreneurs or intrapreneurs need to consider when planning and designing change. You will learn how to design a strategic change program and explore how to lead its implementation.

Who is the course for?

For students undertaking the graduate/ postgraduate certificate, jointly delivered by Coventry University and Deakin University.

Who will you learn with?

Dr Matt Mount (Ph.D) is Assistant Professor of Strategy and Innovation at Deakin Business School. He is an expert in the area of strategy and innovation processes.

I am the Director of Education and a Professor in Entrepreneurship at Coventry University's International Centre for Transformational Entrepreneurship. I have also worked in industry and consultancy.

Prof Maas is the Director of the International Centre for Transformational Entrepreneurship at Coventry University. Has broad international business and academic experiences in various countries.
