And what I want to try and get is recognising where this thing might happen in the game, what sort of things, in terms of constraints, that we have to recognise, and then how do we allow the players maybe an opportunity to show us, and then influence maybe what it is they're doing, and then some ideas to help them develop that further. So the idea on the practise, I'm going to work the same practise on both halves of the field, OK? There's an unguarded goal on the half-way line. OK?

The rest of the pitch is sort of a C shape, and we're going to play the three v. three in there. And all I want is this. The goalkeeper is going to distribute the ball into the yellows. And they're going to try and score into this unguarded goal. Blues, if we win it back, we then attack them and try and score into that goal. Simple enough in that practise? Same on the other side. So there's two yellows. Goalkeepers going to play into the blues. They're going to try and play into their target player and score.

The only condition of the practise is that, to start off with, the goalkeeper plays to the blues and they try and score. We're just going to stay inside these playing areas, OK? So if it's in this C-shaped pitch, it's three against three. If it's in the middle box, it's two against one. So simple enough? If you're the blue team, or the defending team sorry, who are playing out and trying to score in that goal, you can score from anywhere. So Josh, you play to your yellows to try and score in there. Blues, you defend that goal and try and score that end. Yeah? Toby, you ready? Yeah.

Linking back to some of the information yesterday, which some of the guys from the Dutch FA said, you know, we've got to recognise moments in the game. So what I'm trying to recognise is that from a defendant situation, the transition of trying to win possession. And then, we can then look to try and attack and go the other way. So from the possession in this game at this end, it's now into the final part of the field. It's three versus three in the top end. And we're going to work going towards the larger goals.

So if you're on an attacking team, OK? So if you're attacking on that half of the pitch or you're attacking on this half of the pitch towards the big goal, there's some questions there for you to have a look at. If you're defending, OK? When they get it, and they're trying to attack the big goal, there's some questions for you on there, OK? So whichever group you belong to, just have a look at some of those questions, OK?

How do you work when you're under those sort of pressures, is that right?

So I'm going to trust you guys to try to keep the ball. While we try to get ourselves set up to receive it. And one of the things you said over there was, sometimes you might try and steal in behind. Yeah? Sometimes you might try and get in front, OK? Sometimes you might try and get away from a marker.

Or this space in front, OK? But it's really important how you two keep the ball to allow these guys to set themselves up to receive it. Yeah? So keep the ball a little bit better. Yeah, there you go. So it's still the same picture at this end of the pitch closest to the goal. So let's seem them pick at that end of the pitch closest to the goal, yeah. So three against three, we just got this big box in the middle now, OK? And when we play in there, we're going to play like this, OK? So three against three in there. And then, depend on which team we're playing for, we either attacking or defending, OK? So the blues are trying to play through into here.

In that central box, you're going to be locked in again like you were to start with. If it goes into this middle bit, these play three on three in here. And what we're looking for is how you can retain the ball and try and play in there, all right? Now remember that C-shape piece of the pitch, OK?

Or you could try and threaten to get in behind them. Yeah? Got the picture? So you can use all of that C-shape to go in there. Once it gets played in, then we're looking at that player trying to support. If you've got the try and support, what's the picture look like behind? So if a blue player goes to join in, what's the picture like in midfield now? 3 v 2. So we might have to recognise how we secure behind the ball when we've gone into the last area of the field, OK?

Once it gets transferred back in, they're going to try and do the same. So you just recover back in. They're going to play through and try to score the other way. Got it? Once you've had a go at that, we'll then look at taking that middle box out. And we'll just play a normal game then. All right. So this is the next bit in the practise rules. So yellow's scoring in that end. Playing at the George and Billy. Blues playing through, playing into that end. yeah? Toby, play. Off you go, play to your blue team.
