Let's review

This week you considered how new digital technologies can help organisations increase sales and return on investment. You explored the concept of digital leadership; where success is defined as making best use of ICT developments to deliver added value to an organisation.

From recent studies, we know there is a significant shortage of leaders across Europe with the necessary mix of business and IT skills. We asked you to consider how you might bridge this this gap, if one exists, within your own business.

You also explored a matrix of skills, from the European e-CF competence framework, to help: you, your team and your organisation focus on areas that may require further investment and development to maximise the potential benefits to be gained from implementing digital technologies.

Finally, we invited you to complete our poll, to rate your organisation’s current efficiency in a range of digital processes and then benchmark your findings against 270 European companies interviewed in a recent EU funded survey. How did you do?
