And as I started to pull together a team to build a startup, I realised a lot of other startups had a similar challenge. And I think the simplest way of describing the challenges that, as a startup, you actually need lots of different skill sets. And you can’t have all those skill sets under one roof, at the same time, passionately driving your startup forward. And so, most of the time, you have an idea and you struggle to execute it. And I wanted to solve that problem. And that’s our Studio Graphene came about.
Skip to 0 minutes and 33 seconds Now, if you’re a large corporate, for instance, and one of the challenges is that you’re not being able to reach all your employees and engage them as much as you’d like, apps are a great way to push out video messages from the leadership to get them to engage and vote and things. So it depends on the challenges you’re trying to face. If you’ve got a lot of salesman out on the go, and you, again, want to engage them, or you want to track their geolocation so that, if there is a sales meeting that you can get them nearby, you can use an app. So I think it’s driven by what are your challenges.
Skip to 1 minute and 4 seconds And to address those challenges, what functionality, what technical solution do you need? And if apps provide for that, then absolutely. And I definitely think that there is a growing need. It’s rapidly growing. And as mobile penetration increases more and more– now, you have something like– a lot of websites say they have about 80% of their traffic through mobile. Google penalises you if you’re not mobile responsive now. So it is starting. Definitely, the need is growing.
