This week we will start to explore how consulting tools and solution frameworks can be applied to establish a holistic, analytical view of an organisation (business, organisation and IT systems). Watch my colleague, Kecheng Liu, introduce the business IT alignment model which can be used to support the development of solutions that create business value.
At the end of the week, you will have the chance to write a short essay evaluating the business IT alignment model, which will then be reviewed by your fellow learners.
