Upcoming conference: Supporting Health by Technology VIII, 2018

One final message in Week 1 that might be of interest for some of you: on 1 June 2018 we will host the 8h edition of the international conference Supporting Health by Technology in Twente! We are very much looking forward to it, and believe that this conference might appeal to you as well. That’s why we will provide a bit more information about it in this step.

If you are especially interested in the use of (eHealth) technology to support health and healthcare and if you like the topics discussed in this course, you will definitely also like Supporting Health by Technology VIII. You can attend workshops, listen to talks of keynote speakers about their cutting edge research, and get inspired by presentations, posters and demonstrations of state of the art eHealth research. More information can be found on the website of Supporting Health by Technology VIII.

If you are a researcher, practitioner or (PhD) student who is working on designing, developing, evaluating or implementing supporting health technologies, or if you are studying or working with Big Data, sensor technologies for monitoring, personalized feedback and coaching, mHealth, data visualizations, serious gaming or social media, this is the perfect conference for you. Supporting Health by Technology is a very interactive conference and provides demonstrations and discussions about progress in development of eHealth interventions. It also intoduces new methods and models for behaviour change using monitoring and coaching technologies.
