What is the relevance of the New Rules of Measurement?

This course aims to develop your understanding of the elemental estimating method, an alternative approach for calculating the total estimated cost of a construction project.

During the course, you’ll also examine the approximate quantities method and explore the RICS Code of Measuring Practice. On completion, you will have also had the opportunity to evaluate the principles of the NRM1 methodology.
