As Dennis Young argued, nonprofits can be seen as one kind of social enterprise and there are many other forms. So chances are high, that your organization might benefit from learning from other social enterprises.

There are many areas where more entrepreneurial thinking will improve the organization. How can your organization profit from what you have learnt so far? Please take a moment and check for room for improvement in your organization. First describe the area and the aim you want to achieve and then formulate one or more concrete actions that would lead to this aim.

Go through areas such as finance, governance, strategies, services, communication, co-operations, or fundraising and check for opportunities of entrepreneurship.

If you are not working in a nonprofit, investigate and discuss in detail the three strategies introduced by Georg von Schnurbein in step 2.10.

We kindly invite you to share your results in the ‘discussion’ section below.
