Who is the course for?

This course is designed for business professionals or graduate students who want to develop the management and leadership skills necessary to succeed in a more senior managerial role.

Who will you learn with?

Ramona has more than 20 years of experience in financial services and management consultancy organisations. She researches into public value, marginalised communities, FinTech and reverse innovation.

Professor of Management, Adam Smith Business School, researches, publishes and lectures internationally in change management and innovation, his successful text Managing Change is in its 4th Edition.

David holds both a PhD and an MBA specialising in cultural change in organisations. David is a highly experienced change leader with over 25 years of practice as a senior change manager.

I am a practical project manager with twenty years of experience following a successful career in education. For recreation, I’m currently studying for a maths degree from the Open University.
