Explore administration principles involved in forming contracts

This short course seeks to provide a better understanding of FIDIC, the termination of contracts and how to deal with the insolvency of contracting parties.

It also gives you the opportunity to learn about FIDIC and standard forms of contract commonly used in other countries outside of the UK, as well as how to deal with the insolvency of contractual parties.
