Introduction to the third week
Welcome to the third week of this course.
This week is all about our thoughts and feelings towards food.
The first two steps of this week will cover the relationship between your emotions and your food intake.
In the following steps, the objective is to help you understand how your life experiences and your attitudes influence when, how, what and why you eat… Or don’t eat.
The last step of this week will then show you an exciting tool to measure cognitive processes in relation to food choices that has gained popularity in the scientific community: Eye tracking.
