Introduction to the third week

Welcome to the third week lecture series.

This week is all about how you feel and what you think about food.

The first two lectures for this week will cover the topics around the relation of your emotions with our food intake.

In the second two lectures we want to help you understand how your life experiences and your attitudes about many things in your current and past life influence when, how, what and why you eat or don’t eat.

The last lecture of this week will then show you an exciting tool to measure cognitive processes also in relation to food choices that has gained popularity in the scientific community - eye tracking.

So, stay tuned and find out why your food intake is so much more than the simple ingestion of food.
