What comes next: week 4 and beyond

You’ve reached the end of Week 3! This week you explored the topics that surround emotions and food intake, and cognitions and food intake.

In the last step, we’ve talked about cognitive and emotional determinants of eating behaviour.

Next week, we will move towards biological topics, where we will explore the effects of different foods on our brain: antioxidants, omega-3s, sugar, and chemical contaminants that can disrupt the endocrine system.

Please tell us what you found most interesting or though provoking this Week. Was there anything that surprised you? Do share your thoughts with us and other learners in the comments.

Thank you for having followed us this far, we look forward to seeing you again in the next week!
