What comes next: week 4 and beyond

In the last step, we’ve talked about cognitive and emotional determinants of eating behaviour.

In the next week, we will move again towards biological topics, and we will discuss the effects of ‘good’ and ‘bad’ foods for our brain: antioxidants, omega-3s, but also sugar and chemical contaminants that can disrupt the endocrine system.
