What comes next: week 4 and beyond

In this article we introduce the topics of the next week: unhealthy eating behaviours, good molecules found in food and their effects on the brain

You’ve reached the end of Week 3! This week you explored the topics that surround emotions and food intake, and cognitions and food intake.

In the last step, we’ve talked about cognitive and emotional determinants of eating behaviour.

Next week, we will move towards biological topics, where we will explore the effects of different foods on our brain: antioxidants, omega-3s, sugar, and chemical contaminants that can disrupt the endocrine system.
