Determine the Completion Date and Critical Path

While watching this video, think about some of the challenges you’ve experienced in coming up with proper duration of tasks involved in your project/s. Professor Yael Grushka-Cockayne discusses some challenges including Parkinson’s Law, Student Syndrome, anchoring, and confirmation. Have you had any experiences with these types of challenges?
