Implementation and innovation in healthcare focuses on the skills and knowledge needed for translating new evidence into practice and embedding continuous learning in healthcare systems. This multidisciplinary endeavour includes stakeholder engagement, data systems for generating and moving new knowledge across professional and organisational boundaries and how to scale and spread innovation.
Monash is thrilled to be at the forefront of teaching these skills and knowledge in this emerging area of need that is not yet widely embraced at a postgraduate or workforce level.
