You've learned how to manage your time by making different kinds of plans, such as the long term plan and a weekly plan. And you have gained insight in how to stay motivated and how to handle procrastination and stress. This is what our students took away from the course. During the course I noticed that I'm already very comfortable making a long term planning.

Skip to 0 minutes and 41 secondsBut what I did learn was to make my weekly planning smart, so it helps me to make it more realistic. The most important thing I learned is how to avoid distractions. Like I said, I used to put my phone face down. But I don't think it's enough. So to avoid complete distractions, I will put my phone in the bag next time. One of the things that I learned from the course was the importance of planning and making sure that your plans are realistic. Before, when I've had plans, they haven't really been that realistic. And things had taken me longer to do and shorter to do. So now I need to just be more focused on what actually is achievable.
