Exercise: make a document that can be converted into multiple formats

Having investigated the ideas around ‘born digital’ leading to the possibility of developing multiple formats from a ‘born accessible’ document can you use the resources below to make a structured accessible document that successfully converts to another format?

Take this poorly designed document (available to download in Microsoft Word format from our EU Erasmus+ MOOCAP Google Drive) which we have made based on the LexDis instructions for making accessible word processed documents.

What did you feel that you needed to change in the document and was it just about accessibility or were there other issues you felt needed addressing?

If you want to check all the changes that could be made to the document, we have made the accessible version (also available to download in Microsoft Word format from our EU Erasmus+ MOOCAP Google Drive). A PDF version is available having been saved from the accessible Microsoft Word version.
