The Matrix of Social Inequality in Latin America

The report The Social Inequality Matrix in Latin America, published by ECLAC in 2017, correctly notes that the importance that the debate around inequality has acquired can be considered a cultural triumph of our times, on a par with the advance represented by the adoption of the rights-based development approach.
