Welcome to Module 3

The Academic Coordinator for the Course, Luis Carrizo (UNESCO), presents this Module where we will debate on some key issues regarding knowledge management applied to policies. Sources, means and collaboration platforms are identified while critically examining some instituted paradigms.

We will focus on visions and strategies aimed at how to best use (and most pertinently use) knowledge for policy action and explore the workings of various institutions and stakeholders, with their diversity of influencing models on the decision-making route and the promotion of active citizenship.

A special request

We have been following with great interest the rewarding exchanges and inputs made by all the participants. Very often we would like to know more about the person placing a comment and this is probably true for other fellow travellers. Those who have not already done so may update their profile, clicking on the icon at the top right of the screen, to include their photo and a brief description of their profession or job. Thank you on behalf of all the community.
