Opening message from the MOST Programme

Ms. Carolina Stanley, Minister for Social Development of Argentina and Vice-President of the Intergovernmental Council of the UNESCO Most Programme in representation of Latin America and the Caribbean, sends her opening message for this international on-line Course, the first of its kind to be organized by the MOST Programme in our Region.

The MOST Intergovernmental Council comprises 35 UNESCO Member States, elected by UNESCO’s General Conference.

The Council convenes every two years and establishes the priority areas to be researched, decides on overall policy and funding questions and handles the relations with governmental authorities.
