End of Week 3 Summary

Well done on completing week 3.

You are almost there! I hope the week has allowed you to reflect on the clinical considerations and monitoring required, and subsequent problems that may be anticipated, when prescribing complex oral antimicrobial regimens. Hopefully, you will now be able to extrapolate some of the basic principles and concepts you have been thinking about and discussing to other antimicrobials not covered in the week, and other areas of your antimicrobial prescribing practice.

If you have feedback on the week or if there are additional resources you think future learners will find helpful, please let us know. Next week we will consider some of the practical aspects of running a COPAT service, based on our experiences here in Hull since 2009, before the end-of-course quiz. I look forward to welcoming you to the final week of your course.
