Grammar 2 (잘/잘못)

Let´s study in detail about the expressions we learned today.

In Korean, if you put ‘잘/잘 못/못’ before a verb, you can express someone´s skill level of the mentioned verb. Let´s take a look at the following examples.

잘(well)/잘 못(not well)/못(cannot)+ Verb

Verbs 잘 못
노래를 하다(Singing) 노래를 잘하다 노래를 잘 못하다 노래를 못하다
춤을 추다(Dance) 춤을 잘 추다 춤을 잘 못 추다 춤을 못 추다
사진을 찍다(Taking picture) 사진을 잘 찍다 사진을 잘 못 찍다 사진을 못 찍다
