Welcome to ‘Introduction to Korean 2’ course!
My name is Young-sook Lee, and I am the lead educator for this course. I will guide you through the course along with Professor Jung-ho Ahn who appears in the videos for each week. Also our team of mentors will facilitate the conversation in each step.

What do we learn in this course?
“Introduction to Korean 2” is a follow-up to “Introduction to Korean” course.
so this course is targeted for students who have already studied Korean language and learned simple expressions to offer Korean language and culture lessons.
During the course, you will learn Korean phrases, greetings, vocabulary, numbers, spelling and grammar. It is composed not only of the explanation and presentation of culture but also the activities related to Korean language.
This course has a total of six weeks.
In Week 1,2 we will learn basic words and express simple sentences about Family
In Week 3,4 we will learn basic words and express simple sentences about Hobby.
In Week 5,6 we will learn basic words and express simple sentences about Shopping.
By the end of the course, you will be able to have a real Korean conversation with your newly acquired knowledge of the Korean language. This course will give you a taste of language skills and Korean cultures.
We understand that learning Korean might be an unfamiliar and difficult experience, but try to free yourself from the pressure and have fun. After each lesson, we encourage you to review the materials you learn and use it in real-life.
