Ethics and measurement
Like all psychological instruments, those that measure wellbeing must be administered according to strict guidelines.
Legal responsibilities are dictated by law and must be adhered to by all employers. Ethical issues, though not governed by law, are considered by society as an individual’s rights, and are deemed to be fair and equal.
